2025 is upon us and we hope you are feeling rested and ready to face the year.

It’s shaping up to be a big year for us at Summerfall, and we’re excited to bring you along for the ride. Welcome into our developer den — pull up a chair, just mind the crucifix on your way in.

Late last year we teased a devilish hint of what’s coming next, but we now we want to turn the spotlight on you.

Got questions about our next project? Any wild theories on what we’re brewing up? Anything super specific you would love to see pop up somehow?

We thought we’d kick off the new year by sharing some excellent vibes with you in the form of the team’s furry friends. These beloved animal companions have seen and contributed much to Summerfall over the years - attending meetings, boosting morale and even inspiring our creative work as our own little personal muses. There’s a reason they get a shoutout in all our credits!

We’d love to meet your furry (or scaly, or feathery) friends! Feel free to send us pics of your own pets in return - via [email protected] or on social media! We are always looking for a great excuse to pause and admire some cute critters. Here’s to starting the year with wagging tails, purring, or chirping co-workers!

One last note.

The wildfires in Los Angeles have been devastating, and our hearts are with everyone affected. Since we’ve been sharing stories about the animals close to us, we wanted to highlight the incredible work being done by the Animal Wellness Foundation’s disaster relief fund, who are sheltering and feeding pets and animals impacted by the blazes.

If you're able, we also encourage donations to the LAFD who are tirelessly battling these fires, or to individuals directly affected via GoFundMe's California Wildfire relief. Every little bit helps.
